He is retired from the United States Navy as a Master Chief Personnelman, Submarine Qualified.

Joe has held positions such as Office Manager, Personnel Officer, Administrative Officer, and Director of Recruit Processing.

About Vicki

Vicki also has college and a vast amount of experience in the medical, administrative, and computer fields.

She has trained in medical processing, computer information, technology, and data analysis.

Vicki has held positions such as System Administrative and System Project Analyst, as well as a Facilitator and Trainer.
